About the Competition

The Mistry Fallahi Cup is a new internal WSLSA competition in commercial mediation, launching in 2026.

Competitors work a mediation problem in paired roles as client and counsel, before a mediator, with an assessing panel providing feedback.

How It Works

Inside the Cup

A relaxed, collegiate introduction to mediation advocacy, giving students the chance to practise in a supported setting.

Students compete in paired roles as client and counsel.
A mediation problem is worked before a mediator.
An assessing panel provides constructive feedback.
The Mistry Fallahi Cup is an independent internal competition, offering a unique opportunity to build commercial and negotiation skills specifically within the WSLSA framework.
